About Your Provider

Your provider at Solida Behavioral Health, PLLC will be Zach Wood, PA-C, CAQ-Psy, founder of the practice. Zach provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, integrative treatment planning, and supportive follow-up care for adults.

Professional Background & Approach

Zach began his career as a primary care provider in Family Medicine before specializing in psychiatry. His background in primary care gave him a strong foundation in comprehensive medical care and helped shape the way he approaches mental health treatment today.

Through that experience, Zach saw how closely connected different aspects of health and life can be. Physical health, sleep, stress, lifestyle, medications, and medical conditions can all affect mood, behavior, focus, energy, and overall functioning. At Solida, he brings this broader medical perspective into psychiatric care, with the goal of understanding each person as a whole rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

Zach’s approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and individualized. Treatment may include medication management when appropriate, along with attention to sleep, lifestyle, therapy support, stress management, and other factors that can support long-term mental wellness.

Solida is intentionally designed as a small, provider-led practice. This means you will not be passed between multiple clinicians or scheduled with someone you have not met. Zach will be the provider completing your intake, follow-up visits, medication decisions, and ongoing care planning.

Outside of Work

Outside of clinical practice, Zach enjoys spending time with his family, reading science fiction, spending time outdoors, and trying new restaurants around the city.
